RFP

The Office of Financial Management ("OFM") of the Finance and Administration Cabinet of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, on behalf of the Commonwealth of Kentucky State Property and Buildings Commission (the "Commission" or "SPBC"), is inviting proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide professional services of Trustee and Paying Agent for the State Property and Buildings Commission Revenue and Revenue Refunding Bonds, Project No. 130, referred to as the "Project 130 Bonds." The Bonds are expected to be issued in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $860 million.

The Project 130 Bonds will be sold by negotiated sale in no more than three series in an expected total principal amount of $275 million.  However, if market conditions improve, the Bonds could be issued up to $860 million. It is expected Series A and Series B will be issued.  The Series C bonds are approved but not expected to be issued.
